Organize Your Estimates Effortlessly with Month-Wise Grouping

At SaralHisab, we’ve always strived to simplify business record-keeping for our users. Over the past few years, our Estimation module has grown in popularity—thousands of estimates created, revised, and referenced by our loyal users.

However, with such extensive usage, one challenge began to surface—navigating through a long, unstructured list of estimations.

While our search and filter tools make it easy to locate specific records, we realized there’s a better way to enhance visibility: Grouping by month. Now, you can view your estimations in a tidy, month-wise structure, helping you scan, compare, and manage them far more efficiently.

✨ Introducing: Group Estimates by Month

To make data handling more intuitive, the SaralHisab engineering team introduced a powerful enhancement—Month-wise Grouping.

This feature allows users to:

Organize all estimates month-by-month within the selected year.
Seamlessly switch between years using the dropdown at the top of the screen.

Whether you’re looking up Q1 client estimates or reviewing project costs from the summer, everything is now neatly segmented and much easier to browse.

🛠️ How to Activate Month-Wise Grouping

Activating this feature is quick and simple:

Tap the Group By icon at the top of your Estimation screen.

A dialog will appear asking you to choose between:
- None (default ungrouped view)
- By month (our new structured view)
Select “By month” and hit Apply.

That’s it! Your estimations will now be sorted and grouped according to the month they were created in.
